The family as first responsible educational institution for the transmission of knowledge in the formation of the human being is also responsible for the genetic load that transmits the physical and mental characteristics of the person. However, in this work superendowment was given to approach to the phenomenon of the high abilities/pointing out familiar and pertaining to school aspects that contribute in the development of these abilities, emphasizing mannering factors. For in such a way, superendowment was characterized high abilities on the basis of/the research of Stenberg (Triarquica Theory of Intelligence), of Gardner (Theory of Multiple Intelligences) and Renzulli (Theory of Three Rings). To follow they had been boarded familiar aspects and ambient that influence the sprouting of the high abilities, of the actions and reactions of the family and the school ahead of the phenomenon of the high abilities/superendowment and finally emphasized it importance of the partnership between school and family in the development of the high abilities, in the changes of the educational politics and in the social conviviality.
