Several hundred companies have followed in the last weeks of a benchmarking initiative for the IT services management the Exagon consulting and have downloaded the tool ITSM SelfCheck. At the same time, the Exagon initiative pursues the intention to rebuild a previously non-existent in the market benchmark file.
